Member Center: Annual Dues Varies
This new category of membership recognizes IACCA's future as a network of centers led by outstanding conference center professionals. Each center has the opportunity to join as an entity, but will also be able to designate which of its staff are the member representatives. Member Centers are listed on a searchable website designed to bring additional bookings to your center and are permitted to use the IACCA Member Center designation in their marketing materials. There are reduced membership rates for multiple members from qualifying centers which allow additional staff to enjoy IACCA membership benefits. Dues are as follows:

Benefits of Membership

Annual Conference : Each fall conference center professionals gather for educational and fellowship opportunities. Professionals present programs and workshops on a variety of subjects, and there are countless chances for consulting and conferring with people who already know what you do and who face the same challenges that you deal with on a daily basis. Members receive a substantial discount on the conference.

Statistical Survey : This optional annual data gathering and sharing activity is available to IACCA members at no additional cost. It provides participants with information about center operations, financials, and salary levels and helps administrators and their boards to make meaningful industry comparisons and better decisions about their own centers.

Nonprofit Alert : This publication from Gammon & Grange P.C. in McLean, Virginia, alerts leaders to key legal developments and responsive risk management steps relevant to the nonprofit sector. As an IACCA member, you receive the Nonprofit Alert via e-mail every other month.

Conference Center Professional Certification : A program offering IACCA members the opportunity to advance their level of professionalism as a conference center professional. Relevant seminars and workshops are held twice each year at regional locations to help members complete the certification requirements.

IACCA News Notes : A quarterly newsletter from the IACCA office, with news and updates about the association and its members, announcements, educational opportunities and annual conference information.

Perspectives: A quarterly in-depth case study of a topic that is related to a KCW theme. This profile is published alternately with IACCA News Notes.

Take Ten : Occasional short pieces on a single subject designed to provide you with timely information or a provocative essay that only requires ten minutes of your time to read.

Web Site : The IACCA web site is designed to provide you with an immediate up-to-date link between you and others in your profession. The site is updated regularly with news about IACCA members, information about job openings, and happenings around the Association. The on-line directory, provided through MemberClicks, is accessed from the home page of the website and provides up-to-date contact information for IACCA members.

ListServ Communications: All members of IACCA have access to an e-mail based colloquy where problems are posed and solutions suggested by your peers are posted.
