Strategic Plan

The IACCA Board has set in motion a comprehensive strategic planning process for the Association, looking at what IACCA wants to be in coming years and how best to make that happen. A membership survey was conducted in 2004, and a Leadership Forum consisting of the entire Board of Directors, along with members of both the Education and Membership Committees outlined a set of strategic issues and directions for the Association. 

The planning process is led by a steering committee: Jack Shitama, Chuck Lehman, Norman Ross, and John Grix.
