The Capstone Seminar is the final educational requirement in the Certification process. It takes place over four days in the late winter or early spring at a member site and is held at least every other year, more frequently if warranted.
By the end of the seminar, the candidate will have completed an operating plan for his or her center based on the six required KCW's and experience on the job.
The next Capstone Seminar will take place from March 12 through March 16, 2009 at the Pearlstone Conference and Retreat Center in Maryland. Registration materials for the 2009 Winter Capstone/Recertification Seminar are now available.
