Professional Education –We offer several elective courses dealing with current issues and prevalent concerns.  These are offered during the Annual Conference and are open to all. 

The IACCA certification program for Conference Center Professionals includes additional courses focusing on the core principles of conference and retreat center management plus a Capstone Workshop which enables participants on this track to integrate their knowledge into a plan to benefit their centers.  Only IACCA members are eligible for certification.

Staff Training Modules – We have developed training modules to customize and use with your employees.  Housekeeping and Food Service are available for online purchase. 

Networking –   Your access to dozens of other Conference Center Professionals, who are willing to share their experiences and advice with you, is available at the Annual Conference.  In addition, our online database gives you access to fellow members one-on-one.
